Jeff's conference center, Feria Valencia. He was there for a PV (photovoltaic) conference that had exhibitors and speakers from around the world. He was asked to submit a paper and present a poster on his PHD work.
Chilling in the hotel pool.
This was soooo flippin good. We ordered room service one night since almost all restaurants close from 4:00 - 8:00 pm and then open from 8 - midnight. People eat dinner late in Spain. That made eating dinner a little tricky. This was the Sorolla club sandwich. It was three slices of toast, a soft egg, ham, cheese and chicken salad that had apples in it. Sounds crazy but it was awesome! We also ended up at Burger King, Dominoes Pizza and a Hollywood restaurant since these places stayed open!
