Attempting to Crawl

And REALLY wants to crawl and the fact that he can't crawl is just pissing him off.  He has been a VERY cranky little man lately.  We are working with him each day in the hopes that he will get it, soon!  Currently he can get up on all fours and move himself back and forth but has not figured out how to shift his weight onto his knees and move everything forward.  At night he wakes up and practices until he gets mad and cries.  It is making for some long nights for Mommy.  Hopefully in the next week (or day) he will get things figured out!!

Spring is finally here!

We have been waiting a long time for spring to arrive in Trondheim.  Last week, out of nowhere, it finally appeared.  We went from a few feet of snow to 40 degree weather overnight.  Some days we have even been in the 50s!  It is amazing to have sunshine and to be able to get our butts outside.  Avery has been soaking it up and spending lots of time on her bike and in the sandbox.  She has also started giving me "lessons" again.  I have attached a video of one for you!  

Winter, still, really!

We decided to take advantage of the late winter over the weekend. Instead of moping inside we got out into the cold. Even though I'm really not happy with the weather, at least it was not raining. Ave in a man made tree fort.

The snow was a little damp so Avery decided she needed her umbrella and her Easter toy which she named Peepee.
